Nivala does not sell or ship any products. Payments made on this website are voluntary contributions — one-time donations, Monthly Seva and the membership contribution.
What you receive, and when
- Donations and Monthly Seva: once your payment is verified, your receipt is available on the confirmation page straight away.
- Membership: once your payment is verified, your member number, digital ID card and certificate are issued and can be downloaded from the confirmation page. Nothing is posted.
Food donations
When you offer food, our volunteers arrange collection from the pickup address you give. We do not deliver goods to donors.

If you do not see your receipt or membership documents after a successful payment, contact us with your transaction ID through the Contact page.
