Privacy Policy

What we collect We collect only what we need to process your contribution, food donation, membership or message:

• Donations: name, mobile number, email address and an optional message.
• Monthly Seva: the same details, plus the subscription reference issued by our payment partner.
• Food donations: your name, mobile number, optional email, pickup address, food details and any photos you choose to upload.
• Membership: full name, date of birth, mobile, email, address, city, state and a profile photograph.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone number and your message.

We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages.

How we use it - To process and verify payments, issue receipts, and send confirmations. - To arrange food pickups after our team confirms availability. - To issue membership numbers, ID cards and certificates. - To send updates only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time by writing to us.

Public display Your name is shown publicly only if you tick the public display option. We never publish mobile numbers, emails or addresses. The public membership verification page shows only the member number, name, status, designation and issue date.

Analytics We use privacy-conscious, first-party analytics that record page and button events without cookies, IP addresses or personal details.

Storage and security Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff by role. Member photos and documents are private and served only through short-lived links.

Your choices You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, except where we must keep records of payments for accounting and legal purposes. Write to us using the details on the Contact page.
