One-time contributions
Contributions are generally not refundable once they are used for seva. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or made a contribution by mistake, write to us within 7 days of the payment with your transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Monthly Seva
You can cancel your Monthly Seva at any time using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges. Months already charged are not refunded, except in the case of an error.
Membership
The membership contribution is not refundable once a member number has been issued, except where a payment was taken in error.
Failed or pending payments
If money was deducted but your payment shows as failed or pending, it is usually settled or reversed automatically by your bank. Please contact us with the details if it is not resolved within 5–7 working days.
