Before pickup
Submitting the form does not guarantee a pickup. Our operations team reviews each request and confirms availability, timing and quantity with you before anyone is sent.
Cooked food
- Food should be freshly prepared, stored hygienically and covered.
- Tell us when it was cooked and whether it contains any common allergens.
- Food that fails our quality check at pickup cannot be distributed.
Raw food material
- Packaged items should be sealed and within their expiry date.
- Grains, pulses, flour and oil should be clean, dry and in closed containers.
Updates
We will tell you that food was collected or distributed only after our team has recorded it.
