The man behind the movement

Founder, Mewar Jan Shakti Dal

Behind every movement is a person.

Behind every act of service is a story.

02 — Beginnings

His journey did not begin with privilege.

It began in a small village in Jhadol, Rajasthan, in a family where life was shaped by limited means and difficult circumstances.

As the only son among three sisters, responsibility came to him early.

His family circumstances did not allow him to complete his formal education, but the difficulties of childhood did not take away his hope. If anything, they gave him a deeper understanding of what it means to live without the things many of us take for granted.

03 — Service

From a young age, he was drawn towards people.

He found a natural connection with society, with those who needed a helping hand, and especially with people living on the margins of comfort and opportunity.

He became involved with youth organizations and community initiatives, giving whatever time, effort and support he could.

For him, seva was never about being seen.

It was about being there.

04 — A movement

Over time, that belief grew into a larger vision.

In September 2014, he founded Mewar Jan Shakti Dal with a vision rooted in seva, social responsibility and the values of Sanatan tradition — to bring people together and work for the betterment of society.

What began as a resolve gradually became a movement.

Through the years, Mewar Jan Shakti Dal has been associated with initiatives and campaigns focused on community service, cleanliness, women’s safety and social welfare.

05 — Nivala

For Naresh Kumar Sharma, Nivala is more than a food initiative.

It carries something deeply personal.

There were moments in his own childhood when even something as basic as food was not guaranteed.

That memory never left him.

And perhaps that is why Nivala carries a simple but powerful belief:

No one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from.

Nivala is his way of turning a childhood memory into a lifelong commitment.

What he once experienced became something he wanted to prevent for someone else.

A meal.

A little dignity.

A little hope.

One Nivala at a time.
